We can fully understand that you really look forward to receiving your order. You will therefore receive updates from us about your order:
You will receive an order confirmation by e-mail when your order has been successfully placed.
We will send you a packing confirmation when your order has been packed in our warehouse.
You will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail when your package is on its way. This will also contain the Track & Trace code which will allow you to follow your order.

Can I get my order delivered elsewhere?
If you want your order to be sent to another address, enter the address during payment. You will receive the invoice via the submitted e-mail address, while the package is sent to the selected delivery address.
If you send someone a gift, you can also opt to have the product wrapped at a small cost.

Exchanges and return
You can send a return request or exchange for any item ordered within 14 days from the date of delivery. Ship it back to our offices. You have got to support the shipping costs (we refund you the shipping costs if your complaint has been accepted, in case of return only).
Items must be in original condition. Put it back in Adelino original packaging. You will receive our confirm exchange or refund by email as soon as we received the pair.
After receiving back the item, the exchange or return will be processed as soon as possible. Adelino as the right to deny the return based in the items bad condition, does not offer refunds and is not responsible or accountable for the loss of product being returned.
