These General Conditions are intended to regulate the terms and conditions by which the ADELINO store, a legal entity with NIF 516089862, with headquarters at Rua João da Silva Pereira, 212, Gême, in Vila Verde, Braga (hereinafter “ADELINO”) will be governed.
ADELINO’s service consists of making available and supplying a set of products and/or services, in order to allow the user, who is assigned the status of customer, to order and purchase online the products presented therein.
By using ADELINO you imply acceptance and full agreement with all parameters present in the Terms and conditions described, as well as the Privacy Policy in force at the time you access ADELINO.
If you do not accept, partially or fully, any of the conditions stipulated, you should not make purchases at ADELINO. If you access ADELINO, you are committed and responsible for respecting the conditions set out on this page and in the Privacy Policy.
ADELINO reserves the right to update and change the Terms and Conditions without prior notice. You are advised to periodically check the Terms and Conditions to investigate any changes or updates.
ADELINO informs customers about the characteristics, descriptions, images or videos of each product and/or service on each page made available. ADELINO is committed to making its products and/or services available in a clear manner and correcting possible errors that may occur as soon as possible.
ADELINO concisely presents the prices of each product and/or service, including VAT rates, shipping costs applied to each order and other additional costs that may be applicable.
Information about products, prices, content, images, videos, promotional campaigns and services may be updated and changed by ADELINO at any time.
ADELINO is a registered online store, and the service provided is the responsibility of PMS – PAULO MARQUES DA SILVA, UNIPESSOAL LDA.
The content, domain, information present and made available on ADELINO are the property of PMS – PAULO MARQUES DA SILVA, UNIPESSOAL LDA or were granted to it, and are therefore protected by copyright and related rights. Any and all use, reproduction, copying or dissemination of visual, audiovisual or written content is subject to prior approval by ADELINO.
The customer undertakes to fully respect the aforementioned conditions and rights, as well as to refrain from acts that may go against the law and rights such as copyright, related rights, among other legislation applicable to the use of images, videos, content, etc. without express approval from ADELINO. ADELINO cannot be held responsible for any misuse of such products.
ADELINO offers the following payment methods:
After payment is completed, ADELINO will carry out a standard check, so that the order can be processed and shipped. The customer will receive an email confirming that the order has been paid, as well as the corresponding invoice.
All products and/or services available at ADELINO can be purchased, except in cases of stock shortages or limitations, as well as made-to-order products, whose availability may vary. Products may become unavailable without prior notice, but, in these circumstances, they will be duly identified at ADELINO.
If the product is no longer available after the purchase has been completed, ADELINO undertakes to contact the customer, by telephone or email, as quickly as possible in order to speed up the process with them.
At ADELINO, the prices shown are in Euros (€), with the appropriate VAT and tax rates applied in accordance with current law, which are already included in the price shown.
The customer may cancel an order placed while it is being processed. You are requested to inform ADELINO via the following email contact: info@adelino.pt.
If the cancellation request was made after the order had been shipped, it will be sent for delivery and the customer may choose to refuse to accept it. ADELINO is not responsible for possible delays in handling order cancellations.
ADELINO reserves the right not to process orders or refunds in cases of data inconsistency, fraud or customer misconduct, as well as for technical issues beyond ADELINO’s control.
The customer has the right to terminate the contract within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of signing the contract.
If the customer wishes to terminate the contract, they may do so via email at info@adelino.pt or by filling out the contact form available at ADELINO.
When terminating the contract within the legal deadline, in addition to returning the product, the customer must return any offers that accompany the main product. ADELINO must refund the amount paid within a maximum period of 14 days after receiving the returned order accompanied by the purchase invoice, proof of payment and return form.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer for the initial payment, except in situations of express agreement and in which the customer does not incur any costs as a result of the refund.
Any refund procedure will be processed as provided for in the legislation in force in Decree Law No. 24/2014.
The customer may submit a complaint regarding any issue, act, information or service provided regarding ADELINO through the email contact info@adelino.pt or through the electronic complaints book available via the link: https://www.livroreclamacoes.pt/.
When creating and using an account at ADELINO, the customer is responsible for account maintenance, confidentiality and all activity arising from their account.
By creating a user account and placing orders, the customer expressly and unequivocally accepts the Terms and Conditions in their most up-to-date version.
ADELINO is not responsible for any information disclosed by third parties, technical failures or any other problems that prevent access and proper functioning of the online store.
ADELINO is not responsible for possible damages, directly or indirectly related to the use, or inability to use, of the products and/or services made available, as well as for any delay or unforeseen circumstances in the delivery of orders.
